Returns Policy

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to TradePrintSupplies.

Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods

TradePrintSupplies.co.uk want you to be delighted every time you shop with us; but occasionally you may wish to return items that you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery. Once the goods are back in our possession any amount charged to you, other than the delivery costs, will be credited to you, provided that the goods are in the same condition as when they were delivered.

PLEASE NOTE that, unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in it's original packaging, i.e. unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact. Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for the return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to TradePrintSupplies.

We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

Damaged Goods: If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange.

Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed. Or you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.

Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we've sent you the incorrect goods, please contact us immediately and return the incorrect items. We will quickly replace them with the goods you ordered, subject to stock availability.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of us sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must return the original goods to us within 14 days of the delivery of the replacement. Provided you return the goods to us within 14 days, you will have nothing more to pay. However, if for any reason you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.

This Returns Policy does not affect Your statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions

NEXT DAY DELIVERY to mainland UK (subject to stock availability). Every effort is made to despatch orders placed before 1pm for delivery on the next working day. However, next-day deliveries are not guaranteed, if you require your goods urgently please call 0845 367 0242 to confirm stock availability and same day despatch.

DELIVERY CHARGES: A delivery charge of £4.99+ VAT will be added to every order for deliveries to the UK and Europe, and £9.99+ VAT for deliveries to the Rest of the World.

Due to the nature, size, or weight of some of the items sold on this site, selected products may carry an additional delivery charge. Any additional delivery charge relating to a product will be stated or referred to in the product's full description.

  • No delivery shall be made to a P.O. Box address.
  • Customer's payment shall be complete and accepted prior to the dispatch of the products.
  • Delivery of the customer's order shall be subject to the rules of the delivery company designated by TradePrint.co.uk Ltd.
  • In the event that the customer is absent from the delivery address at the time of delivery, it shall be the customer's responsibility to retrieve the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company.
  • TradePrint.co.uk Ltd, through the delivery company, will deliver the products to the address specified by the customer in their order.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).
Delivery of the customer's order will be made by TradePrint.co.uk Ltd, through the delivery company, within a reasonable period of time from TradePrintSupplies acceptance of the customer's order and payment. Any delay in shipping and handling may vary according to the availability of the products.

OUR PANTONE PRICE PROMISE - TradePrintSupplies are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Pantone and Tria products. We believe our great prices and professional service give you the best value on the web. However, should you see a Pantone or Tria product AVAILABLE on any other website at a lower price we will MATCH THAT PRICE, and if possible BEAT IT. If you have already purchased your Pantone or Tria product from us and (within 7 days) find it AVAILABLE on any other UK web site at a lower price of your purchase/invoice date we will refund the difference.

LAW. These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
